Terms and Conditions

All products on this site are custom made based on the order placed.  Production time is estimated at up to fifteen business days for most products and is not affected by the shipping method chosen.  This time begins the first business day following the end of the sale for fundraiser campaigns, or the first business day following the date of order for on-demand items such as school or business uniforms.  All products are custom made and are non-returnable and non-refundable.  For full details, please see our FAQ page.
